E. Transformer Voltage Grade

For transformers of different voltage grades, their requirements and standards for transformer oil are also different. For example, the higher the voltage grades of transformers, the higher the requirements for the breakdown voltage of transformer oil.

Note:

1) According to customer needs, vacuum pumps or roots pumps can also be added to meet specific needs and improve the efficiency of vacuum degassing and dehydration.

2) Double-Stage High vacuum type is equipped with an vacuuming interface for transformer evacuation operation. That is to realize the purpose of one machine with two functions.

F. Project Budget

Different customers and projects have different budget requirements for the Transformer Oil Filtration Machine, so we PURETECH provide a variety of configurations to meet the different budget needs of customers. The functions, effects and structures of the three configurations are the same, and the difference lies in the brand of the components used.

In addition to the above three configurations, PURETECH can also provide customized services. G. Working Environment

According to the needs of different working environments, customers can choose Skid-mounted type or Trailer-Mounted type, fixed or mobile, with or without rain cover, etc. For example, when for outdoor Transformer Oil Filtering work, it is recommended to use a mobile oil filtration machine with a weather-proof enclosure, or a fixed oil purifier to be installed in a truck provided by the customer.

H. Customized Design

Different countries and regions usually have different requirements for the function or use of transformer oil purifiers. Vacuum Chamber	Standard- “T”-shape vacuum chamber	Optional-Double-layer vacuum chamber	þ Double-layer vacuum chamber further enlarges the oil evaporation area than single-layer (“T”- shape), thereby achieves a higher efficiency in Transformer Oil Dehydration and degassing. þ Standard type with “T”-shape vacuum chamber is enough to meet almost all oil filtering needs, but if the customer pursues higher efficiency, this two-stage vacuum chamber can be used.

Oil Inlet Pump	Standard- Only oil outlet pump, Without oil inlet pump. Oil is drawn into the oil purifier by vacuum. I. Online Testing Instruments

Customers can choose online or offline tester according to their own needs. The online tester can be installed on PURETECH's transformer oil filter unit for online and real-time measurement.

Online Digital Pirani Vacuum Gauge	Optional		þ The reading is more accurate, and it is recommended to equip with PURETECH Double-stage high vacuum transformer oil purifier.
Transformer Oil BDV Tester 80KV/100KV (offline)	Optional		þ It is used to measure whether the breakdown voltage of the transformer oil meets the requirements after filtration.
