Precautions for the operation of the Transformer Oil Filtration Machine:

1. When used on site, the oil filtration plant should be as close as possible to the transformer or oil tank, and the oil suction pipeline should not be too long to minimize the pipeline resistance.

2. The connecting pipes (including the oil tank) must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand, and have good airtightness.

3. Strictly follow the operating procedures. When starting the oil filtration plant, before recycling the transformer oil, must ensure the vacuum pump, oil pump and heater are running normally and the internal circulation is good.

4. The purified oil contains a lot of mechanical impurities and free water. It is necessary to remove the bottom water and impurities in advance, and then use other filtering equipment (such as pressure oil filter, portable oil filter cart, centrifugal oil filter) to fully filter out to meet the crude oil standard required by the vacuum oil filter before it can be carried out by the vacuum oil purifier. In this way, the service life of vacuum oil purifier can be extended.

5. During operation, the working conditions of the oil filtration plant should be strictly monitored (such as vacuum, flow, temperature, etc.), and the quality of the oil before and after treatment (breakdown voltage, etc.) should be checked regularly. 6. In the winter season, the pipelines, vacuum tanks and other components should be insulated. When filtering oil in the substation, they must also comply with the relevant regulations in the electrical safety work regulations issued by the power industry.


General attention to equipment precautions:

1. The equipment should be checked every 240 hours of operation:

1) whether the electrical control system is safe and reliable;

2) whether the thermostat controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;

3) whether the shaft seal of each pump is damaged or leaking;

5) Whether the liquid level control is reliable;

6) Whether the working pressure is normal, and if there is any abnormality, troubleshoot immediately;

2) The pump oil should be replaced according to the vacuum pump company's oil standard, generally #100 vacuum pump oil;

DL/T573-95 stipulates that 220kV transformers must be vacuum oiled, and other transformers should also be vacuum oiled when conditions are available. Vacuum oiling should comply with the manufacturer's regulations or be carried out according to the following methods.
When filling oil into the transformer tank, pressure type (appropriate for 220kV transformer) should be used. Check the strength of the fuel tank by vacuum test. Generally, local elastic deformation should not exceed 2 times the thickness of the tank wall, and check the tightness of the vacuum system. Operation method: Vacuum at a uniform speed, after reaching the specified vacuum degree and keeping it for 2 hours, start to fill the transformer tank (generally evacuation time-1/3~1/2 exposure time), the oil injection temperature should be slightly higher than the body Temperature; inject oil into the transformer at a speed of 3~5th and stop when the distance from the top of the tank is about 200mm, and continue to vacuum to maintain more than 4n; transformer oil replenishment: when the transformer is filled with oil after vacuum, it needs to be injected through the oil conservator oil pipe. It is strictly forbidden to inject from the lower throttle. When filling the oil, the oil should be slowly injected into the transformer to the specified oil level, and then stand still for 12 hours. The main purpose of vacuuming the transformer is to vacuum degas the windings, insulating brackets, iron cores and other components inside the transformer. After vacuum degassing treatment, the air in the oil, the air attached to the surface of the iron core, windings, accessories, and the air in the pores of the insulating material and the damp water are removed.
