Description | Dielectric Oil Treatment Plant With High Vacuum

Transformer oil works mainly as two functions in power transformers, that is a Dielectric Insulator and Coolant. During transformer running, voltage, running time, heating and environment cause this transformer oil to degrade and loose its properties. By adopting Dielectric Oil Treatment Plant with High Vacuum, the amount of water, gas and impurities in the transformer oil will be significantly reduced, thus improving oil properties like breakdown voltage, dielectric strength,etc.

PureTech Transformer Oil Treatment Plant with High Vacuum is designed for high voltage power transformers above 110kv, with Double-Stage High Vacuum Pumps and Specially-designed Dgassing Chambers, the effect of water evaporation and gas separation is dramatically improved to a greatest extent.

Meanwhile, this Dielectric Oil Treatment Plant with High Vacuum can also be used for vacuuming transformers independently.
