Application of Transformer Oil Purification

PureTech Transformer Oil Purification machine (Model DVOP) is designed for removal of particulate matters,as well as thermal vacuum oil drying and oil degassing of insulation oil and lubricant with viscosity of no more than 70 cSt at 50C.

The oil filtration unit can be used for heating of oil filled electric equipment with hot transformer oil, thermal vacuum drying of transformers and evacuation or transformers. The unit is designed for installation, repair and operation services which process transformer oil.

Processed Oil Parameters After Transformer Oil Purification

• Removal of Water from 50 ppm down to 3 ppm after 3 passes.

• Reduction of Gas Content from fully saturated with air (10 to 12% by volume) to less than 0.1 %.

• Removal of Particulate Matter to 1 micron.

• Improval of Breakdown Voltage (Dielectric Strength) up to 75KV.

Features of Transformer Oil Purification

• Especially designed "T" type vacuum chamber enlarges the oil evaporation area, achieve better effect of oil degassing than traditional vertical chamber type. (Note: double horizontal chambers are avaliable.)
