Application | Transformer Vacuum Pumping System
PureTech High Vacuum Pumping System (Model VPS) is especially designed for transformer vacuum evacuation, vacuuming transformer as necessary maintenance and installation equipment. This system is used for exhausting and dehumidifying a transformer before transformer oil injection. it is widely used in the vacuuming process in the production, installation and maintenance of electric power equipment, like electric power transformer, capacitor etc., in transformer substation, electricity transmission, power generation plant, and transformer manufacturing, etc.
Vacuum Pumping System is used for vacuum transformer drying while oil injection is in progress after purification. Therefore, the efficiency of installing and maintaining the transformers is greatly improved.
Model VPS Transformer Evacuation System is composed of
• Rotary vane vacuum pump with motor
• Roots booster pump with motor
• Vacuum gauge
• Vacuum valve
• Electrical control cabinet
• Complete frame structure with castors and lifting eyes
• Metallic waterproofing cover for outdoor service (OPTIONAL)
• PLC control and Touch screen for automatic operation (OPTIONAL)
