PureTech Transformer Oil Decolorization Machine (Model RD) is a standalone oil regeneration unit, mainly used for regeneration of transformer oil, silicon oil and some other deteriorated lube oils. It can effectively improve the color of transformer oil, remove acid and other decaying products, as well as further improve the dielectric strength of transformer oil. This system is also used for decolorizing other lubricant oils, to bring the dark color back to original light color.
The regeneration filter columns are filled with special adsorbents like fuller's earth or silica gel, which are proved to be the most effective regeneration material. It can be connected with Vacuum Oil Purifier, to perform vacuum degassing, dehydration, filtration and oil regeneration.
• Saving cost. Instead of replacing new oil, this device can recycle aged transformer oil.
