The PureTech mobile Transformer Oil Regeneration Device (Model RD) is a standalone oil regeneration system, mainly used for regeneration of transformer oil, silicon oil and some other deteriorated lube oils. In some practical applications, customers will need to use Vacuum Oil Purifier and Oil Regenerative Device separately, or customers already have one Vacuum Oil Purifier and need one set of standalone oil regeneration device.
Model RD Oil Regeneration Device can effectively remove contaminants such as acids, sludge and other decaying products from insulation oil, as well as improve oil colour and oxidation stability. The regeneration filter columns are filled with special adsorbents like fuller's earth or silica gel, which are proved to be the most effective regeneration material. This model has oil pumping system, heating system and temperature controller, regeneration filter system, multi-stage filtration system, electrical control system, protection system, etc.
In addition, if you are looking for a complete oil purification and regeneration system, Transformer Oil Regeneration Purifiers (Model DVOP-R) are offered which combine oil purification (Noted as Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier, Model DVOP) such as vacuum drying, degassing and particulate removal as well as the Regeneration Process.
